Rivington Hall Barn and Rivington Hall

Rivington Hall Barn and Rivington Hall - Rivington, Chorley, Lancashire BL6 7SB

Rivington Hall Barn is a genuine Anglo-Saxon tithe barn design with original beams inside (possible dated 1202). It is used today for visiting/catering, dances, weddings and other entertainments. It is located in the West Pennine Moors in Lever Park which is protected as a venue for public visiting. Rivington houses lakes, hillside rambling, ruins and former estate gardens which are now wild but with stone structures and pathways.
